Grade 7 - this afternoon I have some on-line games for you to play. (Click on the left side bar - MA FAMILLE ). Begin with the flashcards. You will see it is the same vocabulary we are using right now. You can flip each one over until you've gone through the entire stack. Once you are comfortable with the vocabulary, go onto the games. You will find matching, Concentration and word searches (just click and drag over the hidden words.)

If you are done exploring that site and Mr. Kirkpatrick needs to give you more work, you can begin working on a simple phone conversation with two partners. If you weren't here because of basketball, go with someone who was here for the notes. You will call a friend to tell him/her that we have a French test tomorrow (Nous avons un test francais demain.) Your friend's mom, dad,sister or brother will answer the phone. You will need to greet eachother (Comment ca va?) and later, you must ask to speak with your friend (Est-ce que ________ est la?). Greet your friend and then give your friend his/her message and then give a final farewell( a demain, salut, au revoir, plus tard). Write out your script and then practice it.

Grade 8 - you will begin your project soon. You will be putting together a scrapbook, poster board, slideshow,etc on how you stay healthy. First of all, you can have some fun exploring a site with some of the necessary vocabulary and play some games. (Click on the left sidebar EN FORME). Begin with the flashcards.
